- Valid for first-time orders only
- Applies to one (1) 4-pack
- Must request refund within 30 days of delivery
- No need to return the product — we’d rather you share it with someone else who might love it
- One refund per household
To request a refund, simply email us at support@ummyshakes.com with:
- Your order number
- Your shipping address
- (Optional) A quick note on what didn’t work — we’re always trying to learn and improve
We’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Because our shakes are perishable, we do not accept returns on any opened or consumed items.
If your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect — please contact us at support@ummyshakes.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily make it right.
REFUND & RETURNS FAQ
If your child doesn’t love the shakes on their first order, we’ll give you a full refund — no return required. We just ask that you request it within 30 days of receiving your order.
Nope! We don’t want to waste food. If you’re not satisfied, just contact us and keep (or share!) the remaining shakes. We trust you.
Our 30-Day Taste Guarantee is limited to one refund per household to help prevent abuse. But we’re always here to help if something goes wrong with a future order.
Oh no! Please email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund anything that didn’t arrive the way it should.
